Belgrade will once again have the opportunity to experience the masterful performance of the musical maestro Vlatko Stefanovski in the enchanting ambiance of the Sava Center.
As one of the most prominent guitar virtuosos in this part of Europe, Vlatko Stefanovski celebrates 50 years on stage this year. He will commemorate his special jubilee with an acoustic concert on December 16th in the renovated Blue Hall of the Sava Center.
At this unique concert, Stefanovski will present himself to the audience in an intimate solo setting, performing his most famous guitar pieces, providing a cross-section of his long and successful musical career. Born in 1957 in Prilep, Macedonia, Vlatko Stefanovski began his career as a young guitarist, later becoming recognizable for his exceptional guitar technique and creative approach to music. Over the years, with his unique fusion of ethno-jazz, rock, blues, and Macedonian traditional music, he has won the hearts of audiences worldwide.
Ensuring that the concert in Belgrade promises a true musical spectacle, special guests Gibonni, Miroslav Tadić, Jan Stefanovski, Ivan Kukić, and Damir Imeri will enrich the evening with their presence and performances.
Award-winning and recognized, Stefanovski has been awarded the State Prize of Macedonia for lifelong contribution to culture and art “11th October”. Additionally, he has been awarded an honorary doctorate in arts by the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, confirming his significant contribution to the global music scene. His passion for music has not only shaped his career but has also left a lasting mark on the musical heritage of the region.
