Kristina Milincic - General Director of Sava Center opened the new season

The Blue Hall of Sava Center is ready for the new season

With a festive cocktail in the foyer of the Blue Hall, and then with a special screening of the cult film "Marathoners running the lap of honor", Sava Center marked the beginning of the new season and one year since the reopening of the largest concert, congress, cinema and theater hall in the region.

As on September 3 last year, the Blue Hall hosted a large number of celebrities from the world of culture, entertainment and public life of the capital.

"In just one year, 400 people enjoyed more than 100 unforgettable events. The lights of this stage shone on theater troupes, symphony orchestras, singers and actors - and each of those moments made them shine a little brighter in the hearts of the audience. Because culture is like light - the more we share it, it becomes stronger and shines more widely.", she said Kristina Milinčić, general director of the Sava Center and added that the Blue Hall is much more than a space - it unites generations and reminds us how important culture is, not only for the city, but also for the soul of each of us.

Continuing in the same rhythm, the second season in the Blue Hall brings more than 50 events until the end of the year that should not be missed - regional giants, international spectacles and eternal classics – all under one roof.

In September (September 12-14.9), the audience can also expect first movie weekend – a revue of the best cinematic achievements, with as many as three screenings a day.

On October 9, the stage will shake under the weight of Orff Carmine Burane, conducted by maestro Bojan Suđić, performed by the Serbian Philharmonic Orchestra. And then, as proof that high and popular culture are no longer separate categories, the hall will be abandoned on October 7 Synthony – a fusion of EDM, live orchestra and visual spectacle.

In the coming months, prominent names of the local and regional music scene will alternate on the big stage of the Blue Hall - Amira Medunjanin, Josipa Lisac, Kerber, index, Tony Cetinski, Zeljko Samardžić, Emina Jahović, Miroslav Ilić...

The program also includes international stars - the prince of Greek melos Konstantinos Argyros, will hold a concert on October 12, and the world-famous Igor Moiseyev's ballet troupe will perform on November 8 and 9. In the same month, a real musical and stage spectacle will be held Michael®, dedicated to the king of pop Michael Jackson, while January will mark Don Juan, the legendary French-Canadian musical.

In the new season, the Blue Hall of the Sava Center continues to be the epicenter of cultural and musical events, enchanting the audience of all generations, skillfully combining nostalgia and ambition, memories and news.
