By filling out the contact form available on our website and entering data from the contact form (name and surname, e-mail address, phone number), you give your consent for Delta Congress Center (hereinafter: Sava Center), with headquarters at Vladimira Popovića 8a, Belgrade, to process personal data from the contact form, for the purpose of contacting you for the organization of the event you have shown interest in, informing you about our services, events, promotional offers and other marketing activities.

Purpose and legal basis of processing: Your personal data from the contact form is used for the purpose of organizing the event for which you have shown interest, informing about our services, events, promotional offers and other marketing activities. The legal basis for processing is your express consent, in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data (Act on Protection of Personal Data and/or Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR, if applicable).

2. Type and scope of collected data: In the specific case, we collect your first and last name, e-mail address and phone number.

3. Data storage and protection: Collected personal data is stored in our secure databases, with the application of appropriate technical and organizational protection measures (encryption, access control, etc.), in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss or misuse of data.

6. Retention period: Your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or until the need for processing for the stated purposes ceases. After that, the data will be deleted or permanently anonymized.
