HR Experience 2026 opens the uncomfortable questions of modern leadership

Conference HR Experience 2026 will be held for the eighth time, May 28, 2026 in the Sava Center in Belgrade, in organization Infostuda, the largest Serbian platform for employment and human resources. This leading HR conference traditionally gathers domestic and international experts and brings current trends and practices in the field of human resources, leadership and organizational development.

The gap between power and trust as a central problem

This year's conference called "Power Without Trust: The End of Leadership Theater" focuses on the growing gap between the formal power of leaders and the actual trust of employees in modern organizations.

Starting from the fact that there have never been more leaders and less trust, HR Experience 2026 opens an honest conversation about where modern leadership is losing credibility, why employees have less and less faith in the systems they work in, and what role HR plays in this. In a time where change has become a constant, the conference addresses the issue of systemic consequences of poor leadership - from the erosion of trust and burnout, to the concrete business costs of inaction.

That's why this year:

  • We are not asking how to make "better leaders", but how to build better systems.
  • We are not looking for solutions to get HR to "sit at the table", but how to stop protecting bad leaders.
  • We're not talking about what HR needs to start, but what has to stop working.

Who is the conference intended for?

HR Experience 2026 is intended for HR professionals, leaders, managers, business owners, communication and employer branding experts, as well as everyone involved in the development of people, culture and business systems. The conference gathers more than 300 participants from the country and the region and provides a strong opportunity for networking of HR and business professionals.
