Belgrade will once again have the opportunity to experience the masterful performance of music master Vlatko Stefanovski in the enchanting ambience of the Sava Center.
As one of the most outstanding guitar virtuosos in this part of Europe, Vlatko Stefanovski is celebrating 50 years on stage this year. He will celebrate his special anniversary on December 16 with a concert in the renovated Blue Hall of the Sava Center.
At this unique concert, Stefanovski will present himself to the audience in an intimate solo edition, performing his best-known performances on the guitar, which will be a cross-section of a long and successful musical career.
Vlatko Stefanovski, born in 1957 in Prilep, Macedonia, began his career as a young guitarist, later becoming recognizable for his exceptional guitar technique and creative approach to music. Through the years, with his unique fusion of ethno-jazz, rock, blues and Macedonian traditional music, he won the hearts of audiences all over the world.
If the concert in Belgrade promises a real musical spectacle, special guests will make sure that they will enrich the evening with their presence and performances - Giboni, Miroslav Tadić, Jan Stefanovski, Ivan Kukić and Damir Imeri.
Awarded and recognized, Stefanovski is the winner of the Macedonian state award for life's work in culture and art "October 11". In addition, he was awarded an honorary doctorate in art by the University of St. Cyril and Methodius from Skopje, confirming his significant contribution to the world music scene. His passion for music not only shaped his career but also left a lasting mark on the region's musical heritage.
