One of the greatest tenors of all time, Jose Carreras, returns to Belgrade, this time on the stage of the Sava Center on September 16 as part of the Classico festival, organized by Skymusic. After his last concert in Belgrade more than 15 years ago, this masterful artist, world-renowned for his extraordinary vocal technique, deep expression of emotions and exceptional interpretation, is one of the most deserving of the popularization of classical music, will once again give his audience in Belgrade an unforgettable concert. José Carreras wrote the pages of musical history with the "Three Tenors" concert in 1990 in Rome, at the opening of the World Cup in football, where he performed with Placido Domingo and Luciano Pavarotti. This concert marked the transition of classical music from concert halls. During his five-and-a-half-decade-long career, he recorded more than 50 complete operas and 40 classical and popular recitals, and his performances from the operas of Verdi and Puccini are closest to the audience.
