THE ORGANIZER: CEBEFSandra, a German writer, her French husband Samuel, and their son Daniel live a secluded life in a remote town in the French Alps. When Samuel is found dead in the snow in front of their chalet, the police question whether he committed suicide or was killed. Sandra becomes the main suspect. Little by little the trial becomes not just an investigation of the circumstances of Samuel’s death, but an unsettling psychological journey into the depths of Sandra and Samuel’s conflicted relationship.

JUSTINE TRIET
Justine Triet (1978) is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Her first films question the place of the individual within the group. Her debut feature Age of Panic (2013) was selected for ACID in Cannes. Victoria (2016), her second feature, opened the Critics’ Week in Cannes. Sibyl (2019), her third feature, was selected to compete for the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival. Anatomy of a Fall (2023) is her fourth feature and also set to premiere in Competition in the Official Selection of Cannes and won Palme d’Or.
