The 23nd International Film Festival (FEST) was held from February 3 to March 2024, 1 in Belgrade. As part of the festival, in Hall XNUMX of the Sava Center, spectators could also see the award-winning French production "Anatomy of a Fall".
German writer Sandra, her husband Samuel from France and their son Daniel live in seclusion in a remote town in the French Alps. When Samuel is found dead in the snow outside their cabin, the police investigate whether he committed suicide or was murdered. Sandra becomes the prime suspect. Little by little, the trial becomes not only an investigation into the circumstances of Samuel's death, but also a disturbing psychological journey into the depths of Sandra and Samuel's conflicted relationship.

Justine Trier (1978) graduated from the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts school in Paris. In her first documentary and short films, she explored the place of the individual in the group. Her debut feature film Age of Panic (2013) was shown in the ACID program in Cannes, and the other - Victoria (2016) opened the "Criticism Week" in Cannes. The third movie Sibyl (2019) was screened in the main competition program of the Cannes festival, as well as the fourth film – Anatomy of a Fall (2023), which was awarded the "Golden Palm".
