The world-renowned artist Amira Medunjanin will hold a big Belgrade concert on December 4 in the Sava Center , organized by the Long Play production company . An excellent interpreter of sevdalinka and traditional songs from the area of the former Yugoslavia, in this way, she maintains the tradition of performing in, as a rule, a packed hall before the end of the year. At the end of 2025, the interest was such that Amira even sang twice in full Sava Center in front of an exalted audience of all generations.
Her fans can expect a representative cross-section of what Amira has recorded on eight studio albums. The focus is on the traditional ones, but, for sure, there will be no shortage of original tracks this time, especially those from the still current album "Homeland" (2024) . In addition, the standard decorations at each of her concerts are interpretations of famous pop-rock hits from the area of the former Yugoslavia - as a whole, as in fragments, especially at the end of the performance, when spontaneity takes over both on stage and in the audience and the brakes are released.
"From the bottom of my heart, I'm looking forward to hanging out in the Blue Hall again. It's a nice feeling of anticipation. This time we're coming in a slightly different line-up and I can't wait to get on stage ," announces Medunjanin somewhat cryptically.
Amira Medunjanin has, for many years, become a trademark of the Sava Center. Her concerts in a packed prestigious hall are true pilgrimages that often last more than two and a half hours. All that, no doubt, will be confirmed again on December 4.
