The 12th international conference of the Society of Construction Law International will be held from September 29 to October 1, 2027 in the Sava Center . It is hosted by the Society of Construction Law Serbia.
The theme of the conference is "The Confluence: where currents meet." The program covers four areas: risk sharing in international construction contracts, project contracting in the energy transition, application of artificial intelligence on the construction site and in contract management, and dispute resolution before courts, arbitrations and dispute boards. The program lasts three days, without parallel sessions, so that all participants follow the entire program. More than 300 participants from all over the world are expected.
The gathering gathers lawyers, engineers, arbitrators as well as representatives of investors, contractors and consulting firms. The entire program, conditions of participation and registration are available at scli2027.org
