Tommy Emmanuel is considered one of the best acoustic guitarists in the world and one of the greatest guitar virtuosos today. He started playing music very early - he played the guitar as a child, and he had his first professional performances even before he started school.
His playing style is based on fingerstyle technique, during which he performs the melody, bass line and rhythm at the same time, creating the impression that several guitarists are playing at once. The biggest influence on his musical development was the legendary Chet Atkins, who later awarded him the prestigious title CGP (Certified Guitar Player) – recognition that only exceptional guitarists receive and which Emmanuel belongs to a very small circle of the chosen ones.
During his career Emmanuel has built a global reputation by constantly performing concerts around the world and releasing numerous studio and concert albums. His music covers a wide range of styles, including country, jazz, blues, rock i pop, and is known for technical precision, speed and exceptional musicality.
He is the winner of the award Grammy, and he collaborated with an impressive number of musicians such as Stevie Wonder, Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler, George Harrison, Billy Strings, Michael McDonald i Jorma Kaukonen.
The album occupies a special place in his discography Accomplice Two, on which he presents a series of collaborations with top musicians of various genres.
