Željko Samardžić's concerts are considered to be those where the audience rises to their feet from the first beats of the songs with the obligatory thunderous ovations, thunderous applause and choral singing. Željko Samardžić , originally from Mostar, achieved his greatest success in Belgrade, where he held his first concerts in the Sava Center (three consecutive days). The albums "Fate" and "Remembrance of Love" contributed to his enormous success and ranking him among the most popular singers of entertainment and pop music in this region.
He is the recipient of numerous music awards and recognitions, and once won an award at the "Song of the Mediterranean" festival in Budva with the song "Pour another whiskey" . With his singing skills, he won awards at the festivals "Sunčane Skala" , "Budva" , "Zrenjanin" , the prestigious awards "Popularity Oscar" , "Zlatni Melos" and singer of the year.
