Željko Samardžić will perform for the Belgrade audience on December 23rd at Sava Center, the same venue where he held his first concert in Belgrade exactly 30 years ago, under the slogan “30 Years of Love from Belgrade.” This year’s traditional New Year’s concert by the renowned pop star will take place at the same location, but in the renovated hall of the famous concert building.

This winter, Samardžić will again offer a special concert for his fans, reminding them of some of his famous pop hits from his rich musical repertoire.

On December 23rd, music lovers will be able to enjoy a retrospective of Željko’s greatest hits such as “Grlica,” “Sipajte još jedan viski” (“Pour Another Whiskey”), “Da me nije” (“If You Weren’t Here”), “Dobar dan tugo” (“Good Day, Sorrow”), “Bože čuvaj tu zenu” (“God, Protect That Woman”), “Ljubavnik” (“Lover”), “9000,” “Možda” (“Maybe”), and “Nisi ti za male stvari” (“You’re Not for Small Things”), as well as newer tracks.

Samardžić, originally from Mostar, has achieved his greatest successes in Belgrade, where he held his first concerts at Sava Center (three days in a row). Today, he is regarded as a beloved singer across the former Yugoslavia and the Balkans. His albums “Sudbina” and “Sećanje na ljubav” contributed to his immense success and established him as one of the most popular entertainers in the region.

He has received numerous music awards and recognitions, including a win at the “Pesma Mediterana” festival in Budva with the song “Sipajte još jedan viski.” His singing talent has earned him accolades at festivals such as “Sunčane skale,” “Budva,” “Zrenjanin,” as well as prestigious awards like “Oskar popularnosti,” “Zlatni Melos,” and Singer of the Year.

To date, he has held 40 concerts at Sava Center in Belgrade, 5 at Beogradska Arena, and 10 at mts Dvorana. He is also the owner of 15 studio albums.
