After exactly 5 years since their last concert at Sava Center, Slobodan Trkulja & Balkanopolis return to the Blue Hall on February 7, 2025!
This time, Balkanopolis & friends have prepared a spectacular concert that will take you on an emotional journey along the “Silk Road,” from the Balkans, through the Orient, and all the way to the Far East, featuring special surprise guests.
Trkulja has delivered some of his most daring concerts, where he pushed the boundaries of his creativity, right here at Sava Center. First with the Belgrade Philharmonic, then with the famous Metropole Orkest from the Netherlands, and later boldly creating a pop/rock and symphonic blend of Serbian tradition — an energetic sound that leaves the audience in a trance for days after the concert, which has brought Balkanopolis international fame.
Trkulja’s TV performance in China with global piano star Lang Lang on the CCTV Spring Festival Gala garnered over 16 billion views, making history as one of the most-watched programs of all time.
Global media describe him as “one of the most beautiful male voices of the Balkans” (NRC Handelsblad) and “an artist whose infectious energy and talent completely captivate the audience” (Trouw, Netherlands). Fans are also familiar with his legendary vocal duets with Mariza and Josipa Lisac.
