Business management and operations are greatly influenced by various technological, economic and social factors, and in recent years by the rapid development of artificial intelligence. The prestigious award “SAM Annual Award” is the best confirmation of these representatives in business.

By awarding the annual award, SAM especially wants to send a positive message to the economy, young people and society that there are exceptional individuals, employers and organizations who, by their behavior, activity and business, deserve to be publicly highlighted and serve as a positive example to everyone.

This year’s awards will be given in the following categories: manager of the year, young manager of the year (up to 35 years old), employer of the year, socially responsible company of the year, award for personal heroism, as well as special jury awards.

Nominations for this year’s high recognition of the Serbian business community “SAM Annual Award” have been completed.

The awarding of the “SAM Annual Award” is being held for the 12th time, and the jury for the awards will include eleven “Managers of the Year”, 11 previous winners of this prestigious title. The award winners will be announced at a solemn ceremony as part of the solemn event “SAM GALA”, which will be held on December 11, 2023.
